About me
I am board-certified in Adult Psychiatry. After graduating medical school, I pursued my master’s in public health (MPH in Epidemiology) from UT School of Houston, TX.
Following this, I completed my Psychiatry Residency from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Cleveland, OH. While there, I learned several advanced treatments including electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).
I worked for several years at Providence Newberg and St. Vincent’s medical center. My approach is holistic and comprehensive. In addition to medication management, I incorporate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy into my practice. Additionally, I have been fortunate to have published more than 50 scientific research publications including book chapters in the field of medicine and have won numerous accolades.
